Forum Theater: The Dramatized Lecture That Changes Perspectives

Key to success le of your business restructuring?
Legal risk
Without a psychosocial risk (PSR) assessment and an update to the single risk assessment document (DUERP), the DREETS or the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) can halt the entire social agenda. Inexcusable fault places direct liability on the employer.
Survivor syndrome
The employees who remain suffer an equally profound impact: reduced commitment, loss of trust, chronic guilt. Key talents leave first.
Performance collapse
Absenteeism, internal conflicts, operational disengagement: the human cost of poorly managed restructuring often exceeds the cost of the departures themselves.
Damaged employer brand
In the age of digital transparency, the way in which a company manages its PES defines its ability to recruit and mobilize its teams for years to come.

- Team cohesion: common goals, competition, corporate vision, and formal/informal interactions.
- Recognition at work: 4 types of recognition, vertical/horizontal recognition, and feedback.
- Managing emotions: the purpose of emotions, optimism, emotional contagion, and rumination.

The 3-phase format : how does a forum theater conference work?
Phase 1 - Getting into the topic: street-style interviews and positioning games
A gallery of characters interviewed in a "street-style" icebreaker immerses the audience in the theme with perspectives that are sometimes provocative, sometimes spot-on. Then, a positioning game invites everyone to physically take a stand in the room in response to a statement related to the topic and to argue their choice, setting a participatory tone for the session.
Phase 2 - The core of the forum theater: introductory sketch and theatrical debate
The actors perform a short play presenting a problematic situation ("how to handle..."). The audience expresses their feelings, then the theatrical debate begins: participants propose alternatives and can step onto the stage to replay the scene by replacing a protagonist. The group then collectively analyzes the changes achieved before testing new approaches.
Phase 3 - Anchoring: the role of the expert
The occupational psychologist provides context, presents key figures, explains the legal framework, and builds on the theatrical debate by sharing concrete best practices. Action and theory interact from the beginning to the end of the conference.
