Since 2011, Groupama has been committed to a structured approach of psychosocial risk prevention (RPS) And of promotion of QWL.
The group had set up confidential support for its employees and wanted to go further by:
- Offering a resource platform promoting the autonomy of employees;
- Now a high level of support in the event of sensitive events (reorganization, overload linked to a natural disaster, etc.);
