Qualisocial has been supporting Allianz France since 2014 in a structured and proactive approach to mental health at work: prevention of RPS, listening devices, webinars and training, individual coaching and digital tools to sustainably strengthen the well-being, autonomy and performance of employees.

The situation before Qualisocial

The objective was to propose a coherent, progressive and sustainable approach: prevention, individual support, awareness-raising and managerial support, all in a logic of performance and a culture of care.

The challenge was also to combine collective prevention and individual support, while guaranteeing the confidentiality and quality of interventions.

Allianz France has developed several complementary systems with Qualisocial:

  • Qualicare digital platform for self-assessment and direct access to personalized resources, on a computer or smartphone.
  • 24/7 hotline and individual interviews with psychologists and coaches, for confidential and targeted support.
  • Webinars and conferences to raise awareness and equip employees and managers on mental health issues.
  • Management and barometers to measure use, identify areas for improvement and co-construct action plans.

Two main levers emerge:

  1. Develop a collective culture around well-being : workshops, awareness-raising and exchanges of practices make it possible to create a common language, to destigmatize mental health topics and to equip teams to detect and prevent signs of fragility.
  2. Support employees individually : coaching and personalized interviews on stress management, work/energy balance or assertive communication, promoting the establishment and consolidation of sustainable practices.
