Jennyfer: Supporting Teams and HR During Times of Crisis with Compassion
Qualisocial supported Jennyfer during several critical periods: insolvency proceedings, PSE, receivership and liquidation. The situation before Qualisocial

The aim was to supporting employees in a context of great uncertainty, to recreate the framework and transparency, and to maintaining dignity and meaning despite the crisis.
The concrete challenges
Jennyfer went through:
- A PES in 2021
- Judicial receivership in 2023
- A liquidation in 2025
These situations generate fatigue, anxiety, discouragement, anger and collective shock. The HR mission was twofold: support vulnerable employees while protecting and supporting HR teams, which are themselves highly exposed.
