How is the program going for training new managers?
PHASE 1: Taking office of the manager
During the nomination interview, the manager is offered a box containing theoretical resources and practical tools for managing QWL on a daily basis, and develop skills as soon as the manager takes on the job.
PHASE 2: First management review
Following the first integration phase, the manager is invited to an interview with his coach to carry out an initial assessment. This is a privileged moment to report the apprehensions and/or difficulties encountered, but also to evaluate the results of the self-diagnosis questionnaire.
PHASE 3: assessment at 6 months
The manager is invited to a new interview with the coach to carry out a review at 6 months.
Here, we will seek to establish a retrospective to identify the actions to be taken in order to continue the integration and progress of the manager.
PHASE 4: annual retrospective
The educational journey is coming to an end!
At the end of the first year in office, an annual retrospective is carried out with the coach and the N+1 or HR manager of the new manager. An action plan can be drawn up in order to continue to increase skills within the company.
