We tested for you: A Pilates class in business!

We talk a lot about it today, sport, and especially in business, is one of the factors in the Quality of Life at Work and the well-being of employees.
At QualiSocial, we therefore called on Go To Wellness to test a Pilates class on our premises.
On the program, a 45-minute class, 5 people, comfortable outfits and a yoga/pilates mat each and off we go for a relaxing and stretching session.
The result? A bubble of well-being that really cuts off the day (session done at noon at home), during which we take the time to breathe, to focus on ourselves, to release the tensions of the day. We can feel our body stretching and we become aware of our posture.
Erika, the Founder and Coach of Go To Wellness, accompanies us on very gentle exercises and teaches us how to manage our breath. You come out relaxed, not sweaty (which is a real plus when you don't have a shower available) and ready to go back to the day in great shape.
Review: Pilates classes (but also Yoga or meditation) that can easily be organized in the company, on a regular or occasional basis, as long as you still have a little space to put the mats down.
