Qualisocial strengthens its expertise in employment social services and welcomes Service Social Conseil to the group

Qualisocial reaches a new stage in its development with the acquisition of Social Counseling Service (SSC), an expert firm in labor social services for more than 30 years.
This merger is part of a clear ambition: to offer organizations a global, human and operational approach to mental health, QVCT and social support for employees.

An alliance based on shared values

Founded in 1994 in Nîmes by Brigitte Rizzo, Social Counseling Service has established itself as a recognized player in the labor social service, based on three strong pillars: proximity, technicality and the quality of human relationships.

Today run by Amandine Rizzo, SSC supports private companies, public institutions and preventive and occupational health services throughout France, thanks to a team of state-certified social service assistants.

For our part, we have been acting for more than 15 years to prevent psychosocial risks, improving the quality of life and working conditions, and support fragile situations at work. Each year, its teams work with thousands of employees and groups, with a strong conviction: the sustainable performance of organizations requires real consideration of human beings.

A shared ambition: to combine social, prevention and mental health
