Still late for work? Here are a few tips

Our tips for not being late for work
- VDo you think that the delay is not a defect? Accumulated delays cause the frustration of others and weakens their trust. The first step is therefore to realize the impact that delays inflict on those around us and on the quality of our relationships.
- OOrganize your day: To-do lists, Post-its on your fridge or on your desk are more than effective leitmotifs to overcome the delay.
- LImitate the loss of time on screens, the permanent interruption of our smartphones and computers forces our brain to repeat its thinking process. On average, we check our phone 221 times per day, most of the time automatically. Discipline is a muscle, it's up to us to perfect it by not immediately giving in to its whims!
- OOpt for a dichotomy of your tasks to be done, they will seem less insurmountable and you can take breaks at each step taken.
- NDon't give priority to a good night's sleep. If you suffer from insomnia, overwork, malaise or stress, it is essential to maintain the quality of your sleep in order to restore your physical and emotional well-being.
- TComplete a task without necessarily starting a new one: even if your proactivity overwhelms you and you have a new thing to do before leaving, simply don't do it, leave!
- EMake a personal commitment to arrive early. If you start at 9 am, consider it to be 8:45am. You will thus anticipate any possible incident and if you really arrive early — which is certain after reading this article — this will show your enthusiasm and will be systematically appreciated.
