Epsylan launches a campaign to fight against all forms of harassment at work

Combating harassment: a legal obligation and a constant commitment

Feeling insecure, psychological distress, uncertainty... The suffering world of work is not new. While the pandemic has taken advantage of this fertile ground to accentuate evils such as moral or sexual harassment or ordinary sexism, it also plays a catalytic role in revealing the urgency to act.

To fight against all forms of harassment and ordinary violence at work, Qualisocial supports the public mental health establishment Epsylan in the deployment of a major communication campaign.

Sexual harassment, moral, sexist actions, ordinary sexism, sexual assaults and ordinary violence, this campaign allows employees who are victims or witnesses of these acts to access an alert system via a pre-report form or a hotline that allows the report to be reported to the Human Resources department.

To prevent and alert on behaviors that are almost trivialized in the daily life of businesses, the actors are banking on a multi-channel communication campaign, with several formats to support the opening of the hotline (brochures, emails, posters).

“The establishment of a harassment reporting system is part of the dynamic of a strong commitment to professional equality within Epsylan... The objective is to prevent and deal with discrimination, acts of violence, moral or sexual harassment as well as sexist acts in a neutral, trustworthy, impartial and independent framework. In order to really take action and secure its processes, Epsylan thus participates in taking into account the facts suffered by its agents and ensures their protection and active support.” Emilie CORBARD, HR Manager Epsylan

Innocent phrases occupy the top of each poster. A simple, powerful message, and an easy to activate device to alert on the unacceptable.

This poster campaign, intended for all employees, is intended to raise awareness among as many people as possible, by highlighting the legal obligation of the system and especially through strong and impacting messages.

“The aim of these posters is not to shock or polemicize. That's why, with the graphic designer, we chose to be symbolic rather than figurative. We developed them based on real situations, experienced and reported by collaborators in order to stick as close as possible to their reality. We have chosen phrases that are commonly heard in the world of work. They are shocking but so integrated that we let them pass. It's time to put the cursor back where it should be: “Let's stop thinking it's normal! ”. We have posters ready for immediate use or that can be easily adapted by the organization that requests it.” Amandine Jouan, Qualisocial Senior Project Manager
