A good reason to try new meditation practices! The benefits of this meditation are numerous, its regular practice makes it possible to boost creativity, reduce psychosocial risks, develop confidence, increase well-being and company performance, etc. Obviously, this practice is not a “miracle pill” but rather regular training, a new way of relating to our intentions, emotions, thoughts and more generally with all situations in life.
