Our comprehensive support in 2 steps

Step 1 — Initial training (1 or 2 days)

This course is designed to:

  • Give your ambassadors solid and accessible knowledge of mental health issues;
  • Teach them to identify warning signals and to effectively direct at-risk employees to appropriate resources;
  • Develop practical skills to intervene in prevention, in a caring and confidential posture.

This training can include the module”Mental Health First Aid” (PSSM) or be adapted according to your specific needs.

Step 2 — Bi-monthly discussion groups

Initial training is the first step: for the action to be sustainable, our discussion groups offer a regular space for sharing and interviewing, led by a qualified psychologist.

  • Ambassadors discuss their experiences, questions and successes.
  • Together, they co-build concrete solutions for their organization.
  • This secure framework helps to relieve stress, strengthen skills and maintain momentum over the long term while promoting continuous learning through shared experiences.
