General conditions of use of the Qualicare platform

These general conditions of use (called” CGU ”) aim to provide a legal framework for the methods of provision of the site and services by Qualisocial and to define the conditions of access and use of services by” The User ”.

These T&Cs are available on the site under the heading”CGU”.

Any registration or use of the site implies the acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these Terms by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T&Cs by ticking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge having read and understood the T&Cs and I accept them”.

In case of non-acceptance of the CGU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

Qualisocial reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The app.qualisocial.com site allows the User free access to the platform Qualicare and to the following services:

Access to a personalized database of content and professionals aimed at improving the Quality of Work Life of User Employees.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.

The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do this, he must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User undertakes to provide honest and accurate information concerning his civil status and contact details, in particular his email address.

To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his username and password created during registration.

Any regularly registered Member User may also request to unsubscribe by contacting Qualisocial at unsubscribe@qualisocial.com. It will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of Qualisocial. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the option of contacting the site by email at the email address of the publisher provided in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

• Psychologists and authorized professionals, only on the perimeters assigned to them;
• The coordinating psychologist to ensure the follow-up of the benefits;
• Members of the reporting committee (within the framework of specific mechanisms), with restricted access to only data within their scope.

All accesses are traced, secured, and are subject to regular control. Stakeholders are subject to strict confidentiality commitments that are contractual and reinforced by technical measures (strong authentication, data encryption, partitioning of accesses).

ARTICLE 4: Intellectual property

The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.

The User must request the prior authorization of the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. He undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private setting; any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
