As said, every year, Anact proposes a theme that guides reflections and initiatives during QVCT Week. And in 2025, it touched at the heart of a conviction that we have always shared at Qualisocial: dialogue about work is a powerful driver of performance and well-being.
Open the dialogue... really
Talking about work is not “talking about problems.” It is highlight what works, what gets stuck, what could be adjusted. It is giving yourself the authorization (and the framework) to say what you experience, what you observe, what you propose. This dialogue, when conducted in a spirit of cooperation, becomes a driver of continuous improvement, for teams as well as for the organization.
A theme of the QVCT week, at the heart of current challenges
Mental load, hybridization, seclusion, lack of meaning, Tensions on the groups... a lot of signals have been warning us for several years. In fact, still according to the Mental Health Barometer & QVCT 2025 Qualisocial x Ipsos, 3 pillars of QVCT are to be prioritized in 2025: the feeling of physical and mental security at work, relationships and the working environment and, the organization of work and tasks. However, the answers often remain technical, top-down, or disconnected from the field. The 2025 edition invites us to put discussions on work back at the center of the game, in a logic of active listening, co-construction and recognition. At Qualisocial, we are convinced that...🟢 Get people talking about work, it is already taking care of the collective. 🟢 Encouraging dialogueis to prevent tensions before they set in. 🟢 Sharing the realities of daily life, it means activating concrete levers to do better together. And we see this on a daily basis in our support: organizations that dare to open these spaces for speech progress faster, further and more calmly. Employees who benefit from a good QVCT in their organization are: 64% in better mental health and 45% more committed to work!
