Prevent absenteeism and ensure a smooth return to work

Sick leave disrupts life trajectories and impacts both pension plans and employers. At Qualisocial, we support our policyholders in preventing absenteeism and ensuring a smooth return to work, taking into account the psychosocial, health, family, or administrative challenges that can hinder a return to or continued employment.

Our method

A structured 3-step approach

A multidisciplinary team dedicated to ensuring a safe return to work

Because every situation is unique, our support is provided by a team of professionals with complementary expertise, who can be called upon as needed.
Their shared goal: to remove barriers, promote overall well-being, and make a return to work both possible and sustainable.

Psychologist Program Coordinator

The coordinator provides regular follow-up to coordinate and adjust support as the individual progresses through each stage. He or she serves as the program’s point of reference, facilitating communication among service providers and ensuring the overall consistency of the process. Thanks to this continuity, the individual moves forward with confidence, understands each step, relies on a clear framework, and progresses toward returning to work without losing sight of the goal.

Social worker

The social worker addresses all practical issues that might hinder a return to work: organizing daily life, childcare arrangements, accessing financial assistance, handling administrative procedures, and finding respite solutions to catch one’s breath. They streamline interactions with institutions, simplify consultation processes, and help restore a more stable living environment. By lightening the mental and material load, the individual can refocus on their career goals.

Sophrologist

The sophrologist helps the individual regain emotional stability through breathing techniques, relaxation, body grounding, and visualization. These tools build confidence, reduce anxiety, and facilitate the mental recovery essential for returning to work. This support enables individuals to better manage stress, look toward the future again, and return to work feeling more aligned and secure internally.

Nurse

The nurse conducts a comprehensive health assessment to evaluate the individual’s overall condition and identify any signs of frailty. He or she supports the individual in adopting new habits that promote physical well-being and daily energy levels, such as sleep, nutrition, pain management, and adherence to treatment… Thanks to this approach, the return to activity is built on a solid foundation, taking into account each person’s pace and capabilities.

Key focus areas for people on sick leave

Our programs are tailored to the specific needs of each organization—including its context, challenges, and budget—to effectively address absenteeism and minimize the risk of professional disengagement.

The program is designed as a unique support pathway led by dedicated professionals, with regular check-ins to adjust the intervention based on the insured person’s progress.

Using scientifically validated tools and assessments, barriers to returning to work are objectively identified, progress is measured, and every step contributes to a safer and more sustainable return to employment.

The approach is co-developed with the individual receiving support: they become an active participant in their own journey, strengthening their autonomy and reducing the risk of relapse for a truly sustainable return to work.
