Support for job seekers at Qualisocial

At Qualisocial, supporting people in job placement programs is at the heart of our mission. We offer personalized support and tailored pathways to facilitate access to employment and overcome social or professional barriers.

According to the DREES report on basic social benefits, health issues represent a major obstacle to employment for a significant portion of people seeking employment. Nearly 4 out of 10 RSA recipients indicate that their health problems are the main reason they are not looking for work.

The benefits of the Qualisocial method

Professional supporting a beneficiary in their integration process

The cohort format

Participants begin the program as part of a cohort and meet monthly as a group, which fosters collaborative learning, mutual encouragement, and helps put their experiences into perspective.

The sustained pace

The rhythm created by alternating between individual and group sessions helps ensure the beneficiary’s commitment from the start and helps prevent dropouts.

Personalized support

The tools used by the psychologist in the support process are tailored to each beneficiary’s specific barriers, identified during the diagnostic phase.

Assessment and Impact Measurement Tools

The use of scientifically validated tests and scales allows us to assess the nature and intensity of the barriers and to measure the beneficiary’s progress at the end of the support period.
