The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25, 2018. This text has created new obligations for companies that, like Qualisocial, process personal data and new rights for those affected by these treatments, in particular the right to be forgotten and the right to data portability.
Qualisocial is in a constant process of complying with the RGPD, and therefore offers its services within a secure and clear legal framework. Since the beginning of its activities, Qualisocial has attached the greatest importance to the protection of personal data and the entry into force of the RGPD is an opportunity to strengthen this protection for the benefit of its customers.
It should be noted that, as part of the services offered to its customers, Qualisocial and the latter act as joint data controller. It is therefore also up to them to ensure the compliance of their operations with the RGPD, in particular with regard to the operations of collecting personal data which are then transmitted to Qualisocial.
