Are you a health professional, or a specialized psychotherapist? Take part in a new and large-scale project aimed at addressing health problems that are obstacles to the return to work!

Pôle Emploi is launching a program of unequalled scale aimed at support long-term job seekers in removing obstacles related to their overall health to reposition them on the path to employment.

This program called Health Employment Pathway (PES), which will start in March 2022 across the country, offers job seekers develop your power to act by becoming aware of your condition and assistance in identifying ways to improve it: understand the value of taking care of one's overall health and, if necessary, to initiate an adapted care path, determine the levers of action to revitalize one's career path, thus promoting a return to employment.

We are looking for health professionals (doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists...) as well as other wellness or mental and physical health specialists (sophrologists, psychotherapists...), to participate in the support of beneficiaries and their health care in this innovative process.

The service is intended for long-term job seekers :

who present or express health problems that prevent the return to
employment,
who ignore or minimize the impact of health difficulties on their professional project,
whose project seems to be inconsistent with the health situation,

👉 What is the Health Employment Pathway Benefit?

The philosophy of the Health Employment Pathway is expressed by a psychosocial and professional support program adapted to the specific situation and needs of each beneficiary. This system is co-constructed between him and his referring psychologist, based on a rich offer: health diagnostic interviews, follow-up interviews with a specialized psychotherapist, individual work sessions, group workshops, etc.

To meet this challenge, we need health professionals committed to building a major societal project in the service of health and the return to work !
