- A short and impactful format: In just 3 hours, your teams dive into the subject of mental health in a concrete and engaging way.
- A human-sized group: Each session brings together between 6 and 16 participants per facilitator, to ensure smooth exchanges and the participation of all.
- An animator trained to guide the collective: The facilitator accompanies the group step by step, stimulates ideas and ensures that everyone can express themselves.
- An interactive method: Using concept maps, participants explore the various mental health factors, think together and then share their discoveries to create their mural.
The result: a clear, shared vision, and above all ideas that can be activated the next day.
From awareness to action

- Initial training: over 1 or 2 days, for your ambassadors.
They discover the keys to understanding mental health at work, identify weak signals and initiate concrete actions. The objective? Give them the right tools and the confidence to become real relays within your organization.
- Monthly discussion groups, supervised by a psychologist.
These meetings allow ambassadors to discuss the situations encountered, to share their successes as well as their difficulties, and to co-build solutions. It is a moment of support, but also an engine to maintain momentum and change practices over time.
This support allows us to go from “we learned things” to “we changed the way we work”.

Rates & formulas for a mental health fresco workshop
At Qualisocial, we adapt each mural to your reality, your workforce and your goals. Our rates start starting at 2,540€ for a complete session including:
- Preparation and customization of the workshop according to your context.
- Animation by a trained facilitator (6 to 16 participants per presenter).
- Supports and resources given to the participants to extend the reflection.
- Debrief and recommendations to take concrete action.
This price may change according to the duration, the number of participants, the place of entertainment and the options chosen.
