The Health Employment Pathway: join us!

I. The 360° diagnosis

Alongside a referring nurse and an Employment Integration Counsellor, you carry out a 360° diagnosis. The objective? Analyze the health situation of the beneficiary, pinpoint the obstacles to his return to work and co-build an action plan.

II. Psychosocial and professional support

Following the definition of a tailor-made action plan, support is based onindividual interviews and group workshops according to the following modalities:

• • Appointments to choose from among the proposed offer: diagnostic interviews with a health professional, follow-up interview with a psychotherapist, individual work session, group workshop or discussion group
  • A monthly assessment with the referring psychologist
  • At least one point of contact per week
  • The establishment of a psychological support adapted to the targeted problem
  • ...

III. The end of the course interview

At the end of the course, a balance sheet interview with the beneficiary allows you to do a Balance sheet of its progress and prepare for the consolidation of the professional project and its action plan with the Pôle Emploi referent advisor. Deliverables ensure the follow-up of the actions carried out.

Your role as a referring psychologist

You are there cornerstone of the Health Employment Pathway, from its co-creation to the achievement of the objectives for the beneficiary. As a referent, you support each beneficiary individually for a period of 4 to 6 months through a personalized journey: your action is decisive in the success of the beneficiary's journey.

• You conduct the 360° Diagnostic interview, co-construct the psychosocial and professional support plan with the job seeker, and conduct the final interview.
• Throughout the course, you achieve a monthly follow-up and Adjust if necessary, the content and modalities of the action plan.
• You coordinate the other professionals working with the applicant in his career (and in particular with the Professional Integration Counsellor (CIP))
• Throughout their support, you participate actively in improving their state of health and their life project.

The team of multidisciplinary professionals

For a 360° management of the problems of the job seeker, you rely on a multidisciplinary team composed of health professionals (doctors, nurses, occupational therapists...), socio-professional stakeholders (professional coaches, social workers...) but also onother specialists (sophrologists, physical educators, etc.), depending on the relevance of their intervention in relation to the needs of the beneficiary.

SEARCH PROFILE

• Do you want to take up a challenge and take action on a innovative and impact mission ?
• Do you have a state-recognized level I diploma (Bac+5) in psychology?
• You have 3 years Minimum experience ?
• You are aware of the challenges of public health and know the health actors, Social and medico-social at the local level?
• You are aware of the challenges of Return to work and the question of the link between sanity and employability?
• Do you have a taste for teamwork ?

A specialization in connection with the subjects worked on would be beneficial to the approach (disability, psychotrauma, psychopathology, addictology, sleep, nutrition...)

PLACE AND DURATION OF THE MISSION

You carry out the mission within territorial agencies and remotely. The mission will last a minimum of 15 months (initial duration of the contract) and a maximum of 4 years. 👉 See departments and mission locations

TYPE OF CONTRACT

A part-time psychologist partner contract will be offered to you to work as an independent professional.

WORKING TIME AND REMUNERATION

The volume of the mission is according to your availability and your will. Depending on your other activities, you can choose the number of job seekers you will support. The remuneration is based on a fixed amount per job seeker supported until its term (350€ excluding VAT). Depending on the situation, the time spent can vary from 8 to 12 hours per beneficiary over a period of up to 4 or 6 months.
